Swimming Freely with Dolphins

So, this evening on the way home I spotted 4 sea kayakers from the train. I then noticed that they were being followed by what I thought were the porpoises again, but then I realised they were actually dolphins! The kayakers soon realised they were being followed. So, I decided to get off the train and walk along the beach to get a closer look -  the dolphins were jumping out of the water with the kayakers were looking on in amazement (maybe it was these dolphins I saw yesterday). It was beautiful. The sun was setting. What a blessing to see these beautiful creatures so close to home!

Porpoises

I just got back from a great run - up over the hill and along by the sea. I did some exercises on the beach and then jumped in the sea for a few minutes. I didn't swim (waves too high and the tide in), but  it was so invigorating. I sat on the beach and watched the sea for a while. It is such a nice day - perfect blue sky, blue green sea and lots of seagulls and other wildlife.

A little further along the beach I noticed at least 2 porpoise (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Porpoise) diving in and out of the sea as I ran along. I hadn't seen them before - they were wonderful, although I couldn't see them too well as they were a distance from the shore. 

I looked up the spiritual meaning of porpoise - "denotes spiritual guidance, or humanitarian nature"...funny thing was, I had a brief chat to an old gentleman who said hello to me. I told him about the porpoise. He was pleased to hear this, then asked if they like warm water. I said I didn't know - then he said, quite profoundly, "The world is changing and we have to stay positive". " Have faith" I said..he looked at me and then said "Yes, have faith"! I said "it was nice talking to you" and off I ran..... it was one of those special meetings/synchronicities ...really profound...an important message I think!

 

Golden Threads 1: Wisdom and Knowledge

Initially, I would like to speak to you about the differences between knowledge and wisdom. It is important to have knowledge about things - to be knowledgeable - but, during recent human history on Earth, you have valued the acquisition of knowledge to the detriment of gaining wisdom. You have even ignored the need for wisdom altogether, hence the mess you and your planet are currently in.

The worst in you has always emerged when you have denied and continue to not recognize the incredible ability that you have to create things out of nothing (or at least what seems to you to be nothing - I will deal with this concept of ‘nothing’ later). You are an extremely creative species, but your creativity and your recognition of the power you have to create, for example to manifest your own futures and to heal your own pasts and your own bodies, has been suppressed by the those who have governed you, to your detriment and their gain. I include here the political, religious and scientific establishment. And this has gone on for centuries, for so long that you have taken it as a fact that you are powerless to change anything.

You think you have knowledge of the world, and indeed your scientists have made incredible progress in their understanding of material reality. However, many of you continue to ignore the deep insights of science, while others ignore the traditions of wisdom provided by many of your ancient cultures.

You are blessed to be here at this time....You have a job to do - it is to remember who You truly are, to rediscover Your divinity and to reveal Your inner beauty to the Universe!
